obviously opinions are all valid. But saying "it's fairly obvious" when my city's, us', uk's legal systems presume innocence until charges are proven ..... is pretty unfair.

Charges were never made, let alone proven.

Also, even from a moral perspective, not legal, we are no god, we don't have the monopoly of truth. So I would hold a less aggressive tone.
