emotions are LIES

To me, emotions are mostly not intuitive, but manual. They feel intuitive only because we react with a range of certain emotions to the point it feels natural.

When the Will Smith incident happened, some people must have felt appalled by the action, but because the majority were laughing at that instant, it’s better to laugh along or not keep their inner reactions inside the mind.

Maybe you would feel the same way about a speech by that mundane teacher back in your school days. Maybe you would feel the same way when your friends tell a terrible joke.

You are programming yourself to react to a certain range of emotions in corresponding circumstances.

There’s a video about an interview on Trump’s policies, which is presented to be proposed by liberal politicians. First people were in awe of the policies, then, when they were said to be Trump’s, they just take a 180 because it is the “right” way to respond to Trump’s any-action back in 2017.

You can’t react to anything based on the face value, you can only react within a socially acceptable range. And when those reactions of emotions are so often performed, they become a cemented reality, and it becomes your actual reaction.

Emotions are lies to me, I don’t believe that it represents anything. It’s just a charade of shows in this overly sophisticated brain of humans’.
